Vehicle Gate Entry Tags
The barrier gate arms have been installed at the community entrance and will require a permit tag to be placed on the vehicle in order for the gate arm to open. A Resident Plate Permit and Gate Entry RFID Tag Application was emailed and/or mailed to all residents. If you need a copy, please visit the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com to download a copy. Please turn in your complete application to the guard at the Guardhouse for processing.
Tag Distribution will begin on Saturday, May 20th at the Clubhouse between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and continue on Sunday, May 21st from 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Log in to your Resident Portal to view your account history and make payments, view the governing documents, approved minutes and architectural specifications. If you have any questions or would like to report a maintenance issue, please contact our Community Care Department at (800)400-2284 or at firstname.lastname@example.org Homeowners are encouraged to provide their tenants with the Association’s Rules & Regulations.
