Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:
• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard
• Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code
You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:
• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!”
• Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”
Thank you for contributing to the Association’s efforts to reduce paper and the costs associated with mailing documents.
With summer approaching, Patrol One has been contracted to provide pool monitoring services starting Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 28, 2022 through Labor Day Weekend, Monday, September 5, 2022. A pool monitor will be on-site during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Both pools will be monitored periodically during this time frame.
All Swimming Pools & Spa Rules will be enforced. For a copy of the Swimming Pools & Spa Rules, please log into the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com.
The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Please vote to elect your 2022-2023 Board of Directors. You may mail in your ballot or drop it off at the clubhouse mailbox. The polls will open at 4:45 p.m. and the meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. A Board organizational meeting and committee appointments will be held directly following the counting of the ballots. If you would like to volunteer to serve on a committee, please reach out to Carmen Portela, Community Manager with Action Property Management at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Board will be appointing volunteers for the following Committees: Maintenance/Architectural, Landscape, Social, Parking/Security, Clubhouse Reservations

Applications for renting a plot at the Community Garden are now being accepted for 2022. This is your opportunity to grow a garden of your own. There are between 12-16 plots available. The annual fee is $150.00. If you are interested in more information, you are able to retrieve the Garden Club Rules and Guidelines along with an application on the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com or stop by at the Association Clubhouse any Wednesday and speak with Carmen, Action Property Management.
