MARCH MEETING CANCELED

Please be advised that, in accordance with the recent announcement by the health authority, association board meetings will be cancelled until further notice.

We are actively working on a solution to hold the meetings via an online and telephone based solution, at which time notice will be provided to residents and meetings will resume.

Stay safe and take all precautions possible, this will pass and life will hopefully be back to normal very soon for us all.

Westchester Pool Delays

Some of you may have noticed that the Westchester pool is still in demolition phase. The reason for this is that the tile company, Bleu Stone Paving discovered corroded plumbing lines, old electrical wires as well as outdated pool equipment that will need to be replaced soon.

The Maintenance Committee is working hard to gather proposals to get the aforementioned replaced before Bleu Stone Paving can finish the deck and tile work.

We are still aiming for a May 1, 2020 pool opening.

WATER MAIN LEAK

The City of Fullerton Water Department has reported that we have an 8” water main leak on  hillside between 520 Westchester and E. Bastanchury Rd.  

The main is shut down until they can make the repairs.

There will be need to trim back or remove some shrubs and plants tomorrow, February 14, 2020. They will keep the clearing of the plants and shrubs to a minimum. They will take photos before and after.

They are looking to make the repair in the near future. More information will be provided as Management receives it.

Double Statements

Dear Fairway Village Homeowner,

It has been brought to our attention that the monthly assessment statements were sent out to the Membership twice.

Only one statement needs to be paid, as they were duplicates for the month.

The second mailer will not be charged to the association, as it was an internal Management error.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused.

Clubhouse Agreement

The Final Clubhouse Agreement has been completed and added to the Resident Portal for you to obtain at your convenience.

Please note that the rental fee was removed from the application.

Insurance will be required for the rental along with the deposit.
