The Brookline pool and spa heater was turned off by the Gas Company on October 19, 2019. After much research and inspection, it was discovered to be the boiler that failed and needed replacing.

The Board was recently presented with and approved the proposal to replace the boiler and it is on order by the plumbing company.

The Boiler is being installed today and hopefully will be done by the end of the day for use this weekend.

The Westchester pool will be undergoing renovation and the whole area will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2020 and will remain closed for approximately 2 months.

The pool will be drained and resurfaced along with the tile being replaced. The fencing around the pool will also be raised to meet with current city codes.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Halloween Time

“Trick or Treat…” Have you missed hearing the joy and laughter of kids in the neighborhood ringing doorbells wearing the latest and greatest costumes and asking for candy? Well, you’re in luck. There a lots of kids in the neighborhood that would love to knock on your door. Just leave your patio light on, maybe a jack o’ lantern so that they know that they are welcome.

Tis the season…for mosquitoes!

According to Vector Control, the peak time of year for mosquito activity is August thru November. With this last Winter and Spring being unusually wet, it brought about more breeding ground for spiders and mosquitoes.

Vector Control is out on the property this week taking a look at the grounds and inspecting the community. They will report back to Management of their findings.

Please note that the Clubhouse is still under construction. Management does not anticipate being able to process rental applications until October. It was hoped to be completed in August, but circumstances beyond the HOA’s control prohibited completion.
