The barrier gate arms have been installed at the community entrance and will require a permit tag to be placed on the vehicle in order for the gate arm to open. A Resident Plate Permit and Gate Entry RFID Tag Application was emailed and/or mailed to all residents. If you need a copy, please visit the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com to download a copy. Please turn in your complete application to the guard at the Guardhouse for processing.

Tag Distribution will begin on Saturday, May 20th at the Clubhouse between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and continue on Sunday, May 21st from 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Log in to your Resident Portal to view your account history and make payments, view the governing documents, approved minutes and architectural specifications. Starting January 2023, Board meetings will be held on the 4th Thursday of each month. Action Property Management will continue to be on-site on Wednesdays from 9-4 except the 4th Wednesday of the month and instead will be on-site on the 4th Thursday to coincide with the monthly board meeting.

Also, starting January 1, 2023, the resident portal will be the official location for all Association communication and legal notices. Please check the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com on a regular basis to stay up to date on Association notifications.
