New Resident Portal Mobile App
Action Property Management is excited to announce the release of their first Resident Mobile App. The new SnapHOA Resident Mobile App will allow you to perform the most commonly used actions from the Resident Portal on your mobile device. You’ll be able to take advantage of the following benefits immediately, with some additional features coming soon. You will not need to re-register or create a new account if you already have a Resident Portal account. You can use the same username and password to access the Resident Portal Mobile App.
Features Currently Available:
- Announcements – see what’s happening in the community
- My Account – see current balance and recent activity, pay by e-check or credit card, and set up auto pay
- View and Create Work Orders
- View and Respond to Violations
- View Architectural Applications – see the status of the application
- Contact information – update contact info and contact preferences for all household members

To register, you must download the application via either link above, depending on your mobile platform, and then obtain your registration code from your statement. ONLINE ACCESS
Have you created an account on the resident portal? Did you know that you can access Association documents, review your account ledger, work order, violation issues and so much more? Log into https://resident.actionlife.com today to get up to date information and announcements regarding your Association. You are also able to sign up for e-mail communication in lieu of paper communication and safe your Association the cost of printing and postage.
Current Happenings

The City of Fullerton plans to upgrade their main water lines which will require that they tear up our community streets. Every street in the community will be affected. This project is slated to start in Spring 2025.
The Board of Directors has approved temporary asphalt repairs to address some of the worse street areas throughout the community. Ben’s Asphalt will be conducting these temporary repairs. More information and dates will be provided shortly.

If you experience a roof leak or need to report a maintenance issue, please call Action Property Management at 949-450-0202 or email at communitycare@actionlife.com. You may also use the CHAT feature and chat a live representative by logging into the resident portal. We have a full support staff and on-call personnel ready to assist you.
Exterior Improvements
Please remember that all exterior improvements or alterations to the exterior of your home require architectural approval. You can download an application on the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com.
