JP Contractors will be starting the annual roof maintenance in early October. Notices will be posted prior to starting the roof inspections and maintenance.

Please be aware that Action Property Management inspects properties to ensure that properties are being maintained according to the Association’s standards and regulations. Notices may be issued to a property owner for the following violations (not a complete list): trashcans out too early or left out past collection day, enclosed front patio and back patio maintenance, including treatment for weeds of lawn and planter beds, tree trimming, parking violations, fence repairs and architectural applications for improvements without approval. We appreciate your cooperation and interest in the community.

The barrier gate arms have been installed at the community entrance and will require a permit tag to be placed on the vehicle in order for the gate arm to open. A Resident Plate Permit and Gate Entry RFID Tag Application was emailed and/or mailed to all residents. Tag Distribution will begin on Saturday, May 20th at the Clubhouse between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and continue on Sunday, May 21st from 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
