PET OWNERS – Thank you to all the pet owners who are leashing their pets. Orange County’s animal law states, “A person having custody of any animal shall not permit, either willfully or through failure to exercise due care or control, any such animal to defecate upon any public area, private property, county park or beach. The person having custody of any animal shall immediately remove any feces deposited by such animal”. Pet owners, please leash your pet (s), as per California Law. The Association can issue warning letters and impose a fine on the owner of the pet up to $100.00 for failure to comply.
Happy 4th of July
The Fairway Village Board of Directors and Action Property Management would like to wish all homeowners a happy and safe 4th of July! We hope that you get to share this special day with family and friends.
This is a friendly reminder that fireworks, even “safe and sane” ones, are prohibited in the Community. Please refrain from using any personal fireworks on the property and plan on observing an approved fireworks display at a local venue.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in ensuring that this 4th of July is a fun and safe day for all residents!
